Assisted Programming Ladder Logic for variable frequency drive to control the speed of submersible pumps

Responsible for creating a plan to monitor the health of Komatsu mining equipment such as shovel PC 5500 after slew ring broke twice within a year costing more than two million dollars. Pressed Komatsu for real-time communication on equipment with KOMTRAX Plus installed with an acceptable data visualization. Researched the right troubleshooting tools for the job. Devised a plan using templates on Microsoft Dynamics AX to print troubleshooting guidelines with a work order. Enforced feedback after fault code troubleshot for future reference. This Real-time > Action >  Feedback will save the company millions of dollars preventing equipment from breaking down.

Tested the durability of equipment, such as megger high voltage trailing cables and transformers

Evaluated load growth of Motor Control Center by measuring the amperage of equipment while in use, comparing to its FLA and using Canadian Electrical Code for its wire sizes and protection elements
